THE FARM
At Macleay River Farm Oysters, our goal is to supply our customers with the highest quality Sydney Rock Oysters on the market. The farm comprises over 6 hectares of pristine waters on the Macleay River and farming is a combination of traditional cultivation methods combined with the latest in grading technology.
A Family Business
While David and Jen manage the day to day work, our boys Tom and Peter are happy to pitch in and help especially if they can do a bit of fishing as well.
Cultivation
We use the latest oyster cultivation techniques using single seed oysters and utilise the latest in oyster grading technology for fast and efficient processing.
